No. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, with optional multi-month discounts available.

Weight Loss Services

5. What weight loss medications do you prescribe?
We offer FDA-approved medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, combined with nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support safe, long-term results.

6. What is the cost of the weight loss program?
Pricing is as follows:

  • Semaglutide: $399/month

  • Tirzepatide: $450/month

For patients coming in for weekly injections, the total monthly cost can be divided into weekly payments. Please refer to our price list for details on other services and discounts.

7. Do I need lab work before starting the weight loss program?
Yes. Before starting medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide, we require recent lab work to ensure your safety and tailor the program to your individual health needs. If you don’t have recent labs, we can provide an order for you through our lab partners.

8. How do I receive my weight loss injections?
You have options:

  • Home delivery: Your prescription is processed by a third-party compounding pharmacy and mailed directly to your address.

  • In-clinic administration: Patients can receive their weekly injections at our clinic if preferred.

Psychiatric Medication Management

12. What conditions do you treat?
We treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. Each plan is tailored to the individual, with options for ongoing telehealth visits.

13. Do you offer therapy services?
Currently, we provide medication management. For therapy services, we can provide referrals to trusted providers in your area.

Pain Management Services

9. What pain management treatments do you offer?
We provide safe narcotic prescribing, trigger point injections, cortisone shots, and other evidence-based interventions to manage chronic and acute pain.

10. Do I need a referral for pain management services?
No referral is necessary. You can schedule an appointment directly through our website by emailing or by calling our office.

11. Can you provide pain management injections at home?
Yes. For patients unable to come to our clinic, we offer home visits to administer trigger point or cortisone injections. Please call our office to schedule a home visit and discuss availability.

Primary Care Services

14. What primary care services do you offer?
We provide preventive care, chronic disease management, health screenings, vaccinations, and same-day sick visits. Initial primary care visits are conducted in-person, with follow-ups available virtually if appropriate.

15. Do I need lab work before starting treatment?
Generally, no. For primary care, mental health, hormone therapy, vitamin optimization, or infusion therapy, lab work is not required to start treatment. If labs are needed to guide or monitor care, we will provide an order, and you can go to any lab of your choice. Results will be sent directly to our clinic.

Hormone, Vitamin & Infusion Therapy

16. What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
HRT helps restore balance when your body’s natural hormone levels change due to aging, menopause, or other conditions. We customize therapy for both men and women to improve energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.

17. Do you offer vitamin shots and IV infusions?
Yes. We provide injectable vitamins (such as B12 and vitamin D) and IV infusion therapy for hydration, immune support, recovery, and energy enhancement.

18. How do I receive my therapy?
Appointments are scheduled based on your personalized treatment plan. Lab work, if required, can be completed at a lab of your choice, and results will be sent to our clinic.
